A recent report has found that Small to Medium sized businesses (SMBs) are not using imagery to enhance their messaging. In fact, more than a quarter of surveyed businesses use no images at all, and of those that do, nearly half don't use images on their websites.

This is a real shame, as images can help sell your message much better than words alone can do. Images allow the reader to linger on your page or ad for another moment, to pause between paragraphs and absorb what they've read. Images illustrate and illuminate.
